HIS News - Day 744 - Disconnections

Hello Heroes,

  It has come to my attention that some (or many) users are having disconnection issues. A few requests if this is the case:

  #1 - Update your antivirus or firewall.
  #2 - Replace any exceptions for the HIS install directory. This shouldn't matter but can't hurt.
  #3 - If you are getting any error messages please DQA those in.
  #4 - If you DQA in about disconnections please list any other services you are running that connect to the internet such as your AV, Firewall, or things like Skype. If I can find a common denominator then I'll be able to get it fixed quicker.

  I'm guessing with the amount of people mentioning it that it might be something common like a messaging service but that should trigger a warning message. With that in mind I'm contacting all relevant parties to find out if there is a kick check that doesn't have a message attached or if this is just a remarkable coincidence and something else entirely is the problem.

  Thanks in advance! If anyone notices a pattern before me I would love to know.
