Hello Heroes,

  Seeing as it is not my place to explain personal events I will just note that I'll be handling everything for the next week or so. >I< being Rico, there has been a very ill timed set of events that has lead to Frosty needing some personal time. I hope life stops being quite so cruel to him and that he'll be back with us again soon.

  Tonight we'll have a maintenance to fix that weird Family Coin that is trying to charge folks 500 CC. Do not open it! If you do, DQA in, I'm still confirming if the CC loss is permanent but I will get to everyone as soon as I can. Since I'll be working alone for about a week I can't promise super fast turn arounds, that will depend strongly on the understanding of my own bosses and the work loads they continue to give me.

  However do not worry, anyone inconvenienced will be handled :). What else...we'll be putting a slight delay on the summer mission event until Frosty gets back but it will extend equal length till it is completed. I would really like to get every hat we have in the office out the door :). By all means if anyone has ideas for prizes they'd like to see I would love to hear about them.

  At times we find ourselves stumped on just what to give out or what to do because we feel like we've done everything already. Just title the DQA "Event Suggestion" or start a thread on the forums. I can't promise my replies will be much more than "Thanks!" but I will most certainly read them :).

  Uh...so yeah. Sorry for the wall of text. I'll put the most important bit in big text below:
